Our Response to coronavirus...

DURING THIS TIME OF LOCKDOWN AND ISOLATION MANY PEOPLE ARE EXPERIENCING HARDSHIP AND LOSS. WE WANT TO SHOW GOD'S LOVE AND CARE FOR PEOPLE BOTH INSIDE AND OUTSIDE THE CHURCH, WHO ARE IN PARTICULAR NEED AT THIS TIME. WE CAN ALL RESPOND IN DIFFERENT WAYS, HERE ARE SOME SUGGESTIONS:

1) How can we help those outside of Reach?

As a church we work with amazing charity partners to serve those most in need in our communities. Here are some ways you can help them or access support you might need:

Safe Families

Safe Families are recruiting Covid-19 response volunteers to offer phone support to isolated families. They have a quicker volunteer process in place and you can join!

Welcome Churches

You can become a volunteer “Welcomer” and link up with an isolated refugee during this time. Contact Alicia or Salar on This email address is being protected from spambots. 2) How can we help those experiencing financial
hardship in our church?

"Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to everyone, and especially to the family of faith"

Many practical needs will be met by Reach Communities. However where this is not financially possible we have a central Reach Crisis Fund. This will be carefully allocated based on priority needs by the Reach Response Core Team and local leaders.

Upbeat Communities are offering free sessions for asylum seekers and refugees including English classes, creative activities and a gathering for women all online. To sign up send your name through WhatsApp to +447514489022. You need to save the number in your phone to receive our messages.
